HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping (NEXT DAY delivery, if ordered before 3pm on Monday to Thursday - otherwise it will be shipped on the following Monday) is £4.99 for orders under £15 and FREE for all orders over £15.
So we guess you’ll just have to get loads of tasty tempeh and make sure you try out all the different recipes on our website... It’ll be tough, but someone has to do it.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders made Monday to Thursday by 3pm will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following working day and so will arrive 2 days after the order is placed.
Please note: deliveries cannot be made on Saturday, Sunday or Monday (to avoid delays and products being held over the weekend). We’ll email you once your order has been shipped and provide tracking details there.

WILL SOMEONE NEED TO BE IN TO ACCEPT MY PACKAGE
No, as your tempeh will arrive in chilled packaging, it will be fine for a few hours before it needs to be put in the fridge. However, please make sure you’re home within a few hours to do so - certainly don’t wait any longer than 3-4 hours if possible. We’re confident your trusty tempeh will do just fine until you’re home but if there is any spoilage or the tempeh goes missing as a result of it being left out after delivery we aren’t able to offer any compensation for this unfortunately. If you’d prefer for your tempeh to be delivered to a neighbour to avoid this, please just let us know in the box asking for delivery instructions or a gift note before you click Checkout and we’ll pass this onto the delivery service.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes you can. All our deliveries are fully tracked by DPD, who will update you on dispatch, a timeframe for when the product will arrive with you as well as give you the chance to modify some aspects of the order like if you would like it sent to a Depot or to a certain neighbour/location.
CAN I CHOOSE MY DELIVERY DATE/TIME?
Unfortunately not. When we send out the tempeh it needs to arrive with you between 24-48 hours to remain cold and safe so we can’t offer any changes to delivery - sorry about this. We are looking into the possibility of giving you the option to choose your desired date of delivery in advance so that the products are only sent out the day before you’d like them to arrive. However, right now the best option to select a date of delivery is to order according to the cut-offs detailed above. We’ll keep you updated if this changes.
