Ingredients & allergens
Tempeh 80% (soya beans, water, tempeh culture (rice flour, inoculum)), water, rapeseed oil, spice mix (coriander, turmeric, cumin, ginger, mustard, chilli powder, fenugreek, fennel, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, black pepper), yeast extract, cider vinegar, salt.
For allergens, see ingredients in bold. Produced in a factory that also handles cereals containing gluten.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Minimum shelf life of 14 days. Freezing life of 2 months. Please note: freezing can impact texture. Once you've opened the product, place it in an airtight container and keep it refrigerated below 5°C. Eat within 48 hours after opening.

How To Cook
For the tastiest tempeh, PAN-FRY: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the bites and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
COOK IN A SAUCE: Add the bites into a pan of your favourite sauce. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until cooked through.
