Ingredients & allergens
Tempeh 80% (soya beans, water, tempeh culture (rice flour, inoculum)), water, spice mix (onion powder, paprika, tomato powder, smoked paprika, smoked salt, bay leaves), rapeseed oil, rice extract, natural flavourings, salt, cider vinegar, vegetable concentrate (beetroot, radish, carrot).
For allergens, see ingredients in bold. Gluten < 5 ppm, so this product is safe for Coeliacs.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Minimum shelf life of 14 days. Freezing life of 2 months. Please note: freezing can impact texture. Once you've opened the product, place it in an airtight container and keep it refrigerated below 5°C. Eat within 48 hours after opening.

How To Cook
For the tastiest tempeh, PAN-FRY: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the rashers and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until brown.
