Turkish Kebab Salad with BBQ Tempeh

As a light lunch or a side dish, this turkish kebab salad with BBQ tempeh is a simple, tasty way to add some extra veggies to your diet. Did we mention it's delicious too?

  • 360g (2 packs) of our BBQ Tempeh Strips
  • 160g gem chopped lettuce
  • 2 large chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • ½ head finely sliced red cabbage
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large freshly squeezed lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add in the strips and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the red cabbage, olive oil, lemon and salt together in a bowl and toss thoroughly.
  4. Plate up the lettuce, tomato and cucumber, followed by the cabbage mixture and the strips.
