Coronation Tempeh Sandwich
This Curry Tempeh Pieces Coronation Sandwich is the perfect combination of creamy, nutty and zesty flavours.

ingredients
- 2 slices Multi Seeded Bread
- ½ pack Better Nature Curry Tempeh Pieces
Coronation Marinade:
- 4 tbsp Plant-Based Yogurt
- 1x Lemon (Juice / zest)
- 2 tsp Mild Curry Powder
- ⅓ tsp Cinnamon
- Flaked Almonds
- Tbsp Chutney
- Salt & Pepper
Garnish (optional):
- Watercress
- Radish
- Coriander
instructions
- Add a tbsp of vegetable oil to a medium - high heat frying pan.
- Add the Better Nature Curry Tempeh Pieces into the pan and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until heated through.
- Add your cooked Curry Tempeh Pieces to a bowl. Add the plant-based yoghurt, spices, chutney, flaked almonds, lemon juice / zest and mix well.
- Toast the slices of bread to add some extra crunch.
- Top your toasted bread with your Coronation mixture and garnish with some watercress, radish and coriander. Add the other slice of bread on top. Serve immediately.
