Curried Tempeh Naan Wrap

If you don't have much time but still want something that is full of flavour and packed with protein then this recipe is for you. Our Curried Tempeh Naan Wrap is easy to make and ready in 20 minutes but that doesn't mean it lacks flavour.

ingredients

  • 180g Curry Tempeh Pieces
  • 1 tbsp oil of your choice
  • 1 tomato finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 50g iceberg lettuce, finely cut into strips
  • 2 vegan naan breads
  • 2 tablespoons of mango chutney
  • 2 tablespoons of vegan yoghurt
  • Handful of fresh coriander, to serve

instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the Curry Tempeh Pieces and cook for 5 minutes on either side until browned.
  2. Add the tomato, red onion, lettuce and tempeh bites to the naan wrap.
  3. Drizzle with mango chutney and vegan yoghurt, and garnish with coriander. Wrap up ready to eat.
