Peanut & Sesame BBQ Tempeh Udon Noodles
Udon Noodles coated in a peanut and sesame dressing served with our BBQ Tempeh Pieces. This dish can be garnished with thinly sliced spring onion and sesame seeds.

ingredients
- 1/2 pack BBQ Tempeh Pieces
- 200g udon noodles
- 1/2 tbsp neutral oil
Dressing
- 2 tsp sesame
- 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp agave
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- noodle cooking water (as much as needed to slightly thin the paste)
Garnish
- spring Onion
- sesame Seeds
- cucumber
instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the suggested measurements under the dressing category in the ingredient list. Mix well to form a coherent paste.
- Add the noodles into boiling water and cook to the suggested package cooking instructions.
- Add a 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil to a medium - high heat saucepan. Add the BBQ Tempeh Pieces on the pan and sauté for 4 - 5 minutes until heated through.
- Add the cooked noodles and the BBQ Tempeh Pieces to the dressing and mix well. Garnish with some thinly sliced spring onion, sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately.
