ingredients
- 1 pack of Curry Tempeh Pieces
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 spring onions
- 1 cup couscous
- A handful of almonds
- 80g dried cranberries
- 80g sultanas
- 80g dried apricots
instructions
- In a bowl, add your dried cous cous along with 2 cups of boiling water and let it steam for a few minutes.
- Then, uncover and cool slightly.
- In the meantime, in a frying pan, cook your tempeh pieces until crispy.
- Finally, combine your tempeh, couscous, spices, seasoning and dried fruit and nuts. Serve with slices of spring onions. Enjoy!
