BBQ Tempeh Wrap with Tzatziki (Juicy & Easy)

  • 180g (1 pack) of BBQ Tempeh Strips
  • 1 teaspoon oil for cooking
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 50g sliced fresh parsley
  • 100g vegan yogurt
  • 1 small crushed garlic clove
  • ½ thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 squeezed small lemon
  • 80g gem lettuce
  • 1 chopped large tomato
  • 50g finely chopped red cabbage


  1. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add in the strips and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix the parsley, vegan yoghurt, garlic, red onion and lemon together to form a smooth consistency.
  4. Lightly toast the tortilla wraps on a hot pan, for 2 minutes each side.
  5. Place the strips, lettuce, tomato, red cabbage and yoghurt mixture onto the wrap.
  6. Wrap up each wrap and slice into two.
