Teriyaki Tempeh Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 200g (1 pack) Better Nature Organic Tempeh, minced

  • Teriyaki sauce of your choice

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1 small pack of mushrooms

  • Noodles for 2

  • 1 tbsp oil

    Garnish:

  • Thinly slices spring onions

  • Sesame seeds

instructions

  1. Slice the green and yellow peppers into strips and chop your mushrooms

  2. Mince your Better Nature Organic Tempeh by blending, grating, or crumbling it into tiny bits with your hands - whichever method gets the texture just right for you

  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, then add the minced tempeh. Fry for a few minutes, then toss in your veggies

  4. Pour in your teriyaki sauce and give everything a good mix. Let it heat through

  5. Add in your noodles and stir to ensure the noodles are nicely coated in the teriyaki sauce

  6. Plate up and sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds for that extra touch of flavour and crunch!
